If you have a plant that is struggling, we are happy to help you figure out what is happening to your plant so that you can have success. Feel free to call, email a picture of your plant or bring in pictures and samples of the leaves so that we can help diagnose the issue and help you get your plant healthy and thriving again.
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Plants that are being returned must be in their original containers and have their original labels and be in good salable condition. Items like soils, fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and tools must be unopened and still in their original packaging.
Shrubs, perennials, and trees in a #1pot (1gallon size) or larger have a 6 month warranty. House plants, succulents, cacti, and 4inch perennials have a 60 day warranty. If your plant dies within the warranty period, we ask that you bring your receipt and the plant in so that we can help identify the cause. We will replace the plant with the same or similar plant of the same value or give you store credit.
Our guarantee does not cover plants that have died or been damaged by acts of nature including frosts or freezing temperatures, heat waves, wind damage, excessive rains, prolonged drought, or damage caused by animals or insects.
We do not offer a guarantee on the following items: annual flowers, flower bulbs, vegetables, and tropical plants including hibiscus, bougainvillea, mandevilla, dipladenia, jacaranda, bananas, or avocado trees.
